Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution; award will be made based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable low bids. The government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order for the following items Simox Wafers, Advantoz 150 6", Type P 10-20 ohm-cm, Orientation: <100>, Thickness: 675um, Box 1525A SI 1900A, Quantity 75 each and Simox Wafer, Advantox 150 MLD, Type P 10-20ohm-cm, Orientation: <100>, Thickness: 675um, Box 1325 A, SI 1450 A Quantity 25 each.
