Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis from Science and Applied Technology, Inc., 10815 Rancho Bernardo Rd., Ste 300, San Diego, CA 92127-2113, 1 job -- design, develop, fabricate, test and delivery the Forebody section for HSAD flight test vehicles. The sole source is based on exclusive data rights, technical knowledge, capabilities and holds proprietary data rights on information required for the performance of this requirement. Responsible firms believing they can provide the above, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer on or before 18 Sep 01, providing detailed information, clearly showing their ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
