Description

This request for proposal (RFP) will result in an award of an indefinite quantity contract, which will include a base and four option years as well as surge requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as describe in the solicitation. Please pay special attention to the following clauses: (I66) 52.216-19, I67) 52.216-22, (I71) 52.219-9G08, (I92BA) 52.215-5, L59DA 52.217-9G26, (M15)52.217-5 AND (M18) 52.217-9g11.
