Description

The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Karl Storz Endoscopy America of Culver City, California for the purchase of video cart system with the following accessories: 1/each of part #201331-20U Xenon light source kit; 3/each of part #9293B TV monitor 20"; 2/each of part #9512B video printer; 6/each of part #9512BP paper and ink ribbon; 2 each of part #26432005 Thermoflater with pin index; 1 each of aprt #9492A VCR/VHS; and 3 each part #9550VSA Cart with articulating arm. New unit will replace old orthopaedic video system and will be used in arthroscopic/laparoscopic surgical procedures. Equipment is an upgrade and is compatible with existing system. This notice is not a request for quote.
