This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS and SOLICITATION, 100% restricted to small business, for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The reference number is F41636-01-T-0087. The NAICS code is 337214. The size standard is 500 employees. The Contractor shall provide the following items OR EQUAL: CLIN 0001: Workstation with two, 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 4 drawer base cabinets with 96?L x 12?D x 15?H powered raiser with under shelf lighting and a 96?L x 30?D x 1 ??H hardwood top with backstop. Color: Beige, 5 EA. CLIN 0002: Workstation with two, 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 3 drawer base cabinet with 96?Lx 12?D x 15?H powered raisers with under shelf lighting and a 96?L x 30?D x 1 ??H hardwood top with backstop. Color: Beige, 5 EA. CLIN 0003: Workstation with two, 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 2 drawer 1 door base cabinet with 96?L x 12?D x 15?H powered raisers with under shelf lighting and a 96?L x 30?D x 1 ?? hardwood top with backstop. Color: Beige 2 EA. CLIN 0004: Workstation with two, 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 3 drawer base cabinet and two, 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 2 drawer 1 door base cabinet with two 72?L x 12?D x 15?H powered raisers with under shelf lighting and a 144?L x 30?D x 1/3/4?H hardwood top with backstop. Color: Beige, 1 EA. CLIN 0005: Workstation with two 22 ??W x 27 ??D x 33?H 3 drawer base cabinet and one, 45?W x 27 ?? D x 33? H 7 drawer base cabinet with lock and two 40 bin drawer dividers, two 15 bin drawer dividers and two 8 bin drawer dividers, two 72?L x 12?D x 15?H powered raisers with under shelf lighting, one 144?L x 30?D x 1 ??H hardwood top with backstop. Color: Beige, 1 EA. Delivery shall be 30 days from award date and FOB destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Award will be made to responsible offeror based on lowest price that meets above technical data. Quoters shall include with their quotes a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items.
