This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Supplies/Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. Award will be based on lowest bidder meeting all specifications. ITEM 0001 Furnish and Install Bleachers, Rip out and dispose of old bleachers in the Main Gym at Norfolk Naval Station, includes 2 Banks, 8 Rows X 73', Description: 24" Span, plastic seat module, friction powered, intermediate steps, self sorting end rails, end panels, foot level aisles. Work to be completed during Normal Working Hours (No Overtime). All material and labor to be included in the quoted price. Closing Date of Quote is September 29, 2001 0800 HOURS (8:00AM) Eastern Standard Time. Facsimile Responses are preferred at 757-462-4110.
