Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Clause 52.212.4, Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (Except: A request for quotation has been issued at NECO website, www.neco.navy.mil.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The Marine Corps Northeast Regional Contracting Office currently has a requirement for a Service Contract for Roll-Offs, Base year plus four(4) to include all equipment, labor, transportation and relocation. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the website address is www.ccr2000.com.
