Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is for MDA113-01-R-0036. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (Initial Effective 25 JUN 01). The NAICS Code is 512120. This acquisition is for the International Broadcast Rights for Television Programming. The Broadcast Rights are for an estimated 600 hours, which are anticipated to be purchased under this contract. This is a Sole Souce Requirements Contract, with four option years, that will be solicited from MGM International, who is the exclusive rights holder for the International Broadcast Rights based on the programs that will be required. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP.
