Description

Provide job coach services for VA Connecticut Healthcare System's CWT program located in West Haven, CT. Individual will be required to assist veteran patients integrate themselves into a work environment. Performance period will be for one year from date of award. Solicitation package will include three (3) additional option year periods. Proposals will be due on or about October 10, 2001. NAICS code 624310 applies to this procurement.
