Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F26600-01-Q-B148 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 421610. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 100 employees. Item description is as follows: Line Item 00001: Contractor shall supply the following item: Radio Frequency Coaxial Cable, Size 1 5/8", Quantity: 7200 feet. FOB: Destination to 99 CS/SCM, 3077 Perimeter Road, Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Quotations should be firm fixed price that includes all cost necessary to provide these commodities (i.e. Shipping Charges if any, warranty information, etc.). The government does not intend to make multiple awards. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation of Commercial items, applies to this solicitation. Prices to the government shall be as low as or lower than those charged to the contractor's most favored customer, in addition to any discounts for prompt payment.
