Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F1AFIW12400300 which seeks proposals based on information contained in this synopsis. This synopsis and incorporated provisions/clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541511. It is the government's intent to award as a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302 to The Mathworks Inc., Natick, MA. The Government intends to purchase the following: 1 LOT -- Matlab Software Maintenance for 75 Licenses. This acquisition will be processed using the simplified acquisition procedures.
