Description

This is a commercial item for services to perform as a Full-Time Telemedicine Systems Consultant for Management of Internet Tumor Board for the Department of Surgery, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide Information services n ecessary to support the Telemedicine Conferencing System. These services include, but are not limited to knowledge of HTML in maintaining and updating the project website and administering user accounts, maintaining client/server IP connections with remot e systems, process and package images as well as case information for weekly meetings, send email notifications to the project group members providing the details for the upcoming meetings. The Contractor shall perform these and consultative services for the Department of Surgery. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit of Issue: Hours, Quantity: 2080. The solicitation will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance and price. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year: 01 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 -- 30 Sep 04, Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 -- 30 Sep 05, and Option Year 4: 01 Oct 05 -- 30 Sep 06.
