Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Huntron, Inc. for a ProTrack I Model 20 and a Prober II, using Simplified Acquisition Procedure and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 28 Sep 01, if funds are available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
