Description

This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior (DOI) on behalf of the African Development Foundation (ADF). GovWorks/DOI intends to issue a nine (9) month contract for ADF on a sole source basis to Mr. Adamu Garba. Overview: ADF is seeking a highly qualified contractor to perform services in Kano, Nigeria. The contractor and staff must work and live in Kano, Nigeria and be familiar with the culture of Nigeria. The contractor and all subcontractors must speak Hausa and English fluently. This contract does not include any funds for transportation to the ADF Nigerian Office worksite in Kano, Nigeria. The contractor shall assist in screening applications for grants by assessing applicants' eligibility for funding under the country strategic plan and ADF selection criteria. The contractor shall make site visits to applicants and make recommendations for funding. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. All expressions of interest shall be emailed or faxed to anna.degurse@mms.gov, 703-787-1387 within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government.
