Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to Cadence Design Systems. Acquisition of five-day training course for the Spectre and SpectreRF Cadence Design Systems Software design tools, quantity 1 each. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be made based on technically acceptable low bids. "Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government".
