Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to issue a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Maset, LLC for a training course on the following aspects of Cross Functional Process Mapping to include (1) creating the Six Sigma Quality culture ( 2) Cycle Time Reduction and its effect on Quality, and (3) Application of Cycle Time Reduction on Processes. Simplified Acqu isition procedures will be used in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Standard Industrial Classified (SIC) Code for this acqui sition is 8299 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 6117. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirement shall submit a response by mail or fax. Evaluation/Award will be based on the offer t hat provides the best value to the government. The Purchase Order is being issued on a sole source basis because the contrac tor is the only known source for this requirement. See Note 1
