Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. F09650-01-Q-0352 . This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-26. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: Date of delivery through six (6) months. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: Procurement of one-time service contract to LEASE two (2) eighty-foot (80') diesel, boom man lifts to include preventative & remedial maintenance and downtime equipment replacement. Lease will be for a period of six (6) months from date of delivery. Fuel delivery by contractor will not be needed. Delivery will be to Robins Air Force Base, First Street, Building 125, West Ramp. To be considered, quotes must include lease rate, delivery and pick-up costs, and any associated EPA fees. Equipment Specifications: 1. 80' Platform Height 2. Straight Boom Lift 3.
