Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Acrow Corporation of America for Acrow Panel Bridge components consisting of baseplate, 7 each; 10 feet of chord reinforcement, 77 each; panel pin, 22 each; chord bolt, 39 each; stringer clamp assembly, 418 each; and extra-wide transom, 2 each using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The anticipated award date is September 27, 2001, if funds are available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
