Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to procure CITRIX Server Installation=20 to include Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Software, Hardware, Applicable Licenses, Government-Site Training, and Pre-Post Installation Support, as required by the Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. The resultant contract will be from the Date of Award to One Year after the Date of Award. This procurement is for 100% Full and Open Competition, and will be awarded using Best Value Procedures, with the Evaluation Factor of Past Performance being more important then Price. This requirement will be in accordance with FAR 13.5 "Test program for Certain Commercial Items" (Clinger-Cohen). All Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Support, and Training Services shall be performed by a CITRIX Certified Engineer. The system shall be assembled by the contractor at the contractor?s facility prior to installation at the Government Facility. All services, equipment installation and configuration shall be on-site at the Government Facility, Naval Base Norfolk, Building KBB, 1653 Morris Street, Norfolk, VA 23511, on or before 29 September 2001. The North American Industry Classification System code is 54152, Computer Systems Design Services. The statement of work (SOW) shall be described in exact detail in the Request for Quotation.
