Description

INTENT TO PURCHASE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS. USDA/FNS intends to purchase from Computer Associates International on a sole source basis, citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, maintenance on the following software: Unipack IDMS, Unipack Developer for IDMS, Unipack DBA for IDMS, IDMS Task Analyzer, IDMS UCF, IDMS Server, ISMS/ICMS, VM : Manager without, VN: Migrate with High Speed Disaster Recovery Option and VM: Spool Extension. Award of the software maintenance will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. Interested parties may submit a proposal demonstrating capabilities and pricing. Proposals must be received within three business days of the date of this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed award based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses may be e-mailed to laura.hinshaw@fns.usda.gov .
