Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Health Care System has a requirement for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC)that will provide primary care to eligible veterans in the Texas Counties of Wise, Baylor, Archer, Clay, Young, Throckmorton, Jack and Montague. Contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care. Contractor shall also provide medical facilities, health care providers, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative support. Compensation shall be made through a monthly capitation payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant contract. Multiple awards will be considered. The issue date for the Solicitation is on or about September 24, 2001 and a due date on or about October 24, 2001.
