Description

D -- Microstation Comprehensive Support Plan -- Server Level, Louisville District Corps of Engineers, Louisville, KY 40202-2230. This is a Notice of Intent to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Bentley Systems, Inc. (BSI), for the purpose of providing a Microstation Comprehensive Support Program for the period of 01 October 2001 thru 30 September 2002. The Microstation related software is a BSI product therefore a source for software maintenance and upgrades is required to ensure compatibility between products used. Currently, no other supplier can provide the complete package of maintenance and support for current software upgrades and therefore a sole source purchase to Bentley is being pursued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received by 21 September 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package is available.
