Description

Provide all labor, materials and equipment to replace and extend existing parking lot at the Arapahoe Clinic in Arapahoe, Wyoming. The work includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete, earthwork, paving, storm drainage, and fencing around the Arapahoe Clinic Building. The location of this project is on the Wind River Indian Reservation, Arapahoe, Wyoming. The range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set aside to 51% Native American owned Businesses. The successful contractor must furnish Alternative Payment Protections as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.228-13. It is the Contractor's obligation to ascertain and comply with any applicable laws and local conditions affecting the work to be performed under the contract. Any Tribal Employment Rights Office Fee's and work permits incurred in compliance with the above are entirely the responsibility of the Contractor. Questions concerning Tribal Employment Rights Office Fee's should be directed to the Shoshone and Arapahoe Tribal Employment Rights Office at (307) 332-7618. In accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-7), no laborer or mechanic employed directly upon the site of the work shall receive less than the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Secetary of Labor.
