Description

Goose Point, Campground Renovations, Philpott Lake, Patrick County, Virginia, consists of renovation and upgrading of facilities. Renovations include the following: Upgrade campsites, upgrade underground utilities, upgrade restroom, construct new restroom, resurface existing roads, construct new road, construct new gate house, improve ADA Facilities and construct fishing dock. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. 2. AVAILABILITY AND CHARGE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN A PRINTED FORM. The CD-ROM contains simple window viewing application and two commerical software applications. All applications contained on the CD-ROM can be run from the CD-ROM. NO installation required. Amendments will be made through either a 3.5" Diskette, CD-ROM or hard copy. The recommended minimum hardware requirements are (1) 486/66 personal computer; (2) 8 or 16 MB RAM; (3) CD-ROM Drive; (4)Windows driven printer. The recommended minimum software is Microsoft Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. ALL BID FORMS, BID BONDS and other normal documents required for bid submittal SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ELECTRONICALLY.
