Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, for a LonWorks Digital Control System as identified below, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F26600-01-QA077 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This purchase will be negotiated under FAR Part 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS (SB) SET-ASIDE (100%). The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this solicitation is 3822 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334512. Based on Standard Size Number of Employees 500. The item description is as follows: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, operator training and all else necessary to provide, install and confirm operation of the following: Four (4) Tridium JACE controllers with JCI N2 drivers and appropriate software licenses. Remove existing NCN's, furnish necessary programming which will pick up the existing controller points and sequence of operation, graphics programming and commissioning, project management, engineered shop drawings and a one (1) year warranty on all Parts and Labor for Buildings 715, 725, 745, 727 and 729 on Nellis AFB, NV. The entire solicitation including, the bid schedule, Offerors Representations and Certifications and Past Performance Reference List will be available upon request. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Offerors must include with their proposal a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Alt I and III, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items and Past Performance Reference List (min 3 references), which is an attachment to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to complete and submit Representation and Certification and a past performance reference list may be considered non-responsive.
