Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. DPWRMD-1241-N201 is modified as stated below: a. Line item 0001 Building No. is changed from 30017 to 32016. Additional information on Building 32016. The estimated distance for installing piping to the tanks is 178' on an east west axis and 64' on the north south axis. The fluids are 15W40 Oil-500 gallon, Grease- 2 each 55 gallon, Antifreeze-250 gallon, 80/90 Gear Oil-250 gallon, 10W Oil-500 gallon, Antifreeze-250 gallon, Used oil-500 gallon. This building requires 1 sink for used oil and 1 sink for antifreeze. b. Line item 0002 Building No. is changed from 15028 to 17030. Additional information on Building 17030. The estimated distance for installing piping to the tanks is 72' on an east west axis and 43' on a north south axis.The fluids are 15W40 Oil-500 gallo n, Grease- 3 each 55 gallon, Antifreeze-500 gallon, 80/90 Gear Oil-500 gallon, 10W Oil-1000 gallon, Antifreeze-500 gallon, Used oil-500 gallon. This building requires 3 sinks for used oil and 3 sinks for used antifreeze. c. Line item 0003 is changed to read: Provide tanks for building 32016. The Government provided figure for this CLIN is a lump sum amount of $19,311.00 for five (5) contractor furnished tanks as stated below. The contractor shall state this amount for the CLIN 0003 on the quote. The contractor will be authorized to purchase these tanks off of GSA Contract GS-07F-9114G. Reference GSA Quote #091801-14506. The configuration consists of five (5) tanks. Tank #1-Hoover LCD1000 Lube Cube Rectangular Doubl e Wall Tank-Dual Compartment New Oil Dispensing (1,000 Gallons Total); Tank #2-Hoover LCD280 Lube Cube Rectangular Double Wall Tank-New Gear Oil Dispensing (280 Gallons Total); Tank #3-Hoover LCD280 Lube Cube Rectangular Double Wall Tank-New Antifreeze Dis pensing (280 Gallons Total) Tank #4-Hoover LCD500 Lube Cube Rectangular Double Wall Tank-Used Oil Collection (500 Gallons Total); Tank #5-Hoover LCD280 Lube Cube Rectangle Double Wall Tank-Used Antifreeze Collection (280 Gallons Total). d.
