Notice of Intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to award JPS Communications, Inc., 5800 Departure Drive, Raleigh, NC 27616, a contract to supply an ACU-1000 Modular Interconnect System. The ACU-1000 is compatible with all types of communication systems (HF, VHF, UHF, Trunking, Cell Phones, etc.). This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered Note 22.
