Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order to Mobile Instrument Service, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number FA4416-01-T-0315 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the on-site repair and sharpening of surgical instruments used by Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the government must have CCR registration, to register call CCR at 1-800-227-2423 or on the web at www.ccr2000.com. The government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
