Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to ADAC Laboratories for the maintenance, calibration and repair of ADAC Gamma Cameras. The contractor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, calibration, on-call remedial maintenance, and as needed parts and service for the ADAC Solus with Pegasus 20, Modem, and UPS; ADAC Solus with Pegasus 20, Modem, and UPS and Gate; and ADAC Pegasus 15 and UPS Nuclear Medicine Scanners at Andrews AFB, MD. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The period of performance will be for 1 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost=20
