Description=20 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F05604-01-T-0015, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 97-26. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 422690 and the business size maximum is 500 employees. The proposed contract will be set-aside for a small business concern. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Line item 0001: Non-personal service to furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation for the following: Deliver bulk propane gas to Peterson AFB, CO Fire Department training area bulk storage tank within 24 hours of request for the period of 1 October 2001 thru 30 September 2002 (Estimated order for the year is between 6,000 and 70,000 gallons). Offeror must be registered in the (CCR) database; (see Far reference below). Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 (ALT III), Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with their proposal.
