Order consists of 3 items. ONE: 178,500 6 x 9" envelopes with window and clear patch printing in 4-color process plus an aqueous top coating on 80-lb Utopia Two Blue-White gloss coated text. TWO: 93,500 18 x 17" 2-up letterheads printing in 4-color process on the front & black only on the back on 80-lb Utopia Two Blue-White matte coated text. Produce 2-up continuous computer punched in roll-to-roll form with perforations, scores, and a 1/2" glue strip. THREE: 178,500 17 x 5-1/2" folded to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" brochures printing in 4-color process plus a aqueous top coating on the front & back on 80-lb Utopia Two Blue-White gloss coated cover. Electronic files will be furnished on a WamNet system (no exceptions) and proofs will be required. Deliver all elements f.o.b. destination to Itasca, IL.
