Description

DESC: The Office of Indian Education Programs (OIEP) anticipates to award a purchase order for an educational retreat sponsored by the Grove Consultants International Background: This retreat is being held October 10 12, 2001 at the Old Mission Inn in Riverside, California. This educational retreat is to address topics on organizational structure, the role of Education Line Officers (ELO), aligning the ELO role with the OIEP goals, challenges and ways to surmount challenges, strategies for moving forward. Agenda: Pre-meeting work by facilitators. Collaborative agenda design with the director of OIEP and his staff (via conference call) regarding meeting outcomes. Graphic facilitation: review progress to date based on past meetings and discuss new issues and challenges. This retreat will explore how the ELO can apply innovative solutions to execute their goals. This includes: Pre-retreat process strategy development and agenda planning; Graphic facilitation; Planning and facilitation services; and digital versions of up to 35 meeting charts on CD-ROM. All graphic facilitation/recording will employ formats of the Graphic Language Keyboard as well as Graphic Language. The group process will be designed in accordance with the Drexler/Sibbet 7 stage Team Performance Model.
