Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotations; offers are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. RFQ F41636-01-T-0093 is issued as a request for quotes. This quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS 53249 and small business size standard 7352/$5.0 respectively applies to this procurement. The Contractor will provide rental and maintenance of Baker 103 Hospital Automated Prescription System for 59th Medical Wing (WHMC) Lackland AFB TX. Line Item number 0602, Base Dispensary Pharmacy (Bldg 6612), 35 Drug Storage Cells and 1 Computer Interface; 56 Drug Cassettes; 1 Cassette Counter; Quantity-12; Units of measure-Months. Line Item number 0603, Primary Care Pharmacy, 47 Drug Storage Cells and 1 Computer Interface; 18 Drug Cassettes; 1 Cassette Counter; Quantity-12; Units of measure-Months.
