Description

The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the preparation and installation of a spray applied polyurethane foam insulation with a spray applied 100% acrylic fluid elastomeric coating system over an existing built-up-roof (BUR) on building 520. This solicitation will be a request for proposal and will be issued as 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS for this solicitation is 23561 and the small business size standard is $17.5M annual gross income. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
