Dowty Propellers Repair & Overhaul (93366) p/n 660509223. 60 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA in 180 days after date of award; 83 each to be delivered to San Diego, CA in 180 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11 OCT 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
