NSN: 2915-01-171-7783, 200 each, PRON AX1T1237, APN: 4068T66P01, applicable to the (BF) UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). Required delivery with first article is 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report due 198 days. Required delivery without first article is 210 DACA. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Corpus Christi, Texas. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business conc erns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC SEC 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121370. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Firms that recogn ize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be hono red. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not cl ose prior to the closing date stated above. ***See notes 1, 23, and 26***
