Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services non-personal issued by the 55th Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This document was prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number(s) F25600-01-T-0140 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13. The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Stancil Corporation for the following Item(s): Audiolog 40 channel dual deck digital voice recorder. Must include 16GB hard drive ? records 1980 hours, 50 DAT DVD tapes, and maintenance contract. Quote must include all necessary hardware, installation, testing, training, system manuals, and site cleanup after installation. All items and services to be performed should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes should be received by 24 September 2001/8am,CST and, if possible, sent back electronically via e-mail, if possible. The following clauses and provisions will apply to this acquisition.
