Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number Q1780-01-0024 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns, NAICS code 561621, $9 million. The following are the line items for which proposals are requested: 1. Three (3) each of 3R Technologies Gold Deluxe Digital Video Recorder (or equal) 2. Three (3) each of Computer Monitor 17" SVGA 3. Three (3) each of Panasonic CT-278627" Color Video Monitor (or equal) 4. Three (3) each of Wall or Ceiling Mount for Panasonic Monitor by Peerless (or equal) 5. Nine (9) each of Panasonic WVCP-230 Color Video Camera (or equal) 6. Nine (9) each of WVLA-608 Aspherical Auto Iris Lens (or equal) 7. Eight (8) each of Pelco EH 3512-1 Environmental Enclosure with heater, blower, and mount (or equal) 8. Three (3) each of Pelco PA-101 Pole Mount (or equal) 9. One (1) of General Purpose Camera Mount 10. Three (3) each of Video Camera Pedestal Mounts 11. One (1) of Pelco Spectra II #SD5BC22-PG-EO (or equal) 12. One (1) Pelco Joystick Controller KBD300 (or equal) 13. One (1) Nema Weatherproof 12x12 Box for Fiber Equipment (or equal) 14. One (1) Fiber Options 4 Camera Transmitter/Receiver (or equal) 15. Installation of cameras including final connections and adjustments, but not including fiber optic cable installation, in three locations. Place of delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA 01852. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made to that responsible offeror whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
