Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial item, prepared in accordance with subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number N00259-01-T-0068 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27. A listing of line item numbers and description for the Non-Personal Service Contract for Roman Catholic Priest, quantity 12 months are as follows: Item 0001, Period of performance: Base Year: 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sept 2002. Item 0002, Lot 1/Option Year 1: 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. Quotes will be evaluated based on price, past performance, availability and candidate meeting all the requirements from the statement of work. This acquisitions incorporates the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. 52.232-36, 52.225-11, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, 52.217-9. DFAR Clauses: 252.225-7002, 252.225-7009, 52.232-34, 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001. All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of provision 2.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
