D-USDA, Rural Development intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Datalink Corporation, for software maintenance on the Government owned Datalink software installed in the USDA/RD Web Farm. Service period is 10/18/01 through 10/17/02. the NAICS code is 541511. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, it is for information only. Any response submitted must include all required evidence to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of the firm to submit a valid proposal.
