Description

The U.S.Department of the Treasury, Office of Inspector General intends to award, on a sole source basis, a commercial item as follows: 72 Sig Sauer 229, .9 caliber with Siglite Night Sights + 3 magazines. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22 is changed to reflect two business days.
