Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with subparts in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27. The proposed contract in this Solicitation No. RFQ 600-174-01 is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. Business size standard is considered 750 employees and it is the intent of the Government to award a firm fixed price contract to provide, Brand name Sony and Phillips Systems to interact with existing system of Sony VCR's and Laptop computers, (NAICS code 33431). For equal brands, provide the kinds of adapters required to interact with existing equipment and the additional cost to meet compatibility. The UHF Sony and Phillips Projector System shall consist of the following: 1) one-each, Sony UHF dual wireless microphone system, Sony receiver Model MB-806A, Channel 68, 2) four-each Sony UHF wireless handheld microphone, Model WRT-807A, channel 68 3) two-each Sony UHF wireless bodypack for microphone, model WRT-805A, 4) two-each Sony UHF wireless Lavalier Microphone, Model ECM-77BMP, 5) six-each Sony UHF wireless tuner, Model WRU-806A; 6) four-each Phillips Model XG-1 LCD Data Projector 11000 lumens, 7) one-Projector System for VA West Los Angeles, with the following features: (a)1-Phillips PXG-10 LCD data/video projector with true XGA(1024 x 768) resolution at 2200 ANSI Lumens, (b)1-Phillips spare remote control, (c)1-LCD projector mounting kit, (d)2-Hi-res VGA computer cable, (e)2 InLine in-wall VGA distribution amplifier with loop thru VGA, computer, audio and video inputs, (f)1-InLine VGA switcher, (g) 1-IR Repeater System, (h) Installation materials: including all hardware, connectors, panduit, A/V cable, unistrut, (i) Removal of existing CRT projection system, 8) one-job for Installation of Projector System, 9) one-Projector System for VA Sepulveda, with the following features: (a) 1-Phillips PXG-10 LCD data/video projector with true XGA(1024 x 768) resolution at 2200 ANSI Lumens, (b) 1-Ceiling mount support system for projector, (c) 1-25 ft. Hi-res cable connection adapter with connectors, (d) Installation materials: to include all hardware, audio and video cable, connectors. (e) Removal of existing CRT projector, 10) one-job for Installation of Projector System. The Contractor warrants that at the time of delivery, the systems will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Delivery and acceptance is F.O.B. Destination (unless vendor states otherwise) to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, W.L.A Ambulatory Care Center, Medical Media, Bldg. 500, Rm. 6005, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. Date of delivery is 30 calendar days from receipt of award. Offeror shall submit a completed copy of representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications Commercial Items Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 852-219-70, Veteran Owned Small Business; and FAR 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era.
