This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but Market Research to identify sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience for Operation and management of the WR-ALC Precision Measurements Lab (PMEL) located at Robins AFB GA. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Capability survey are available for this market research. To receive both submit your e-mail request to Thomas.Robertson@robins.af.mil. Participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation due to level of security clearances and amount of foreign participation. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 811219 ($5.0 Million Annual Receipts). Joint ventures or teaming arrangements may be advantageous. Information relative to the Small Business Administration Final Rule concerning waiver of the affiliation rule for small business joint venture and teaming arrangements is contained in the accompanying market Research documents.
