Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a CacheFlow Client Accelerator 6000 series for Headquarters 3rd US Army, Fort McPherson, Georgia. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being prepared in accordance with the procedures and format of FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following list of items are manufactured by CacheFlow: CacheFlow Client Accelerator CA60250 Cache support 24 X 7 Related Accessories . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4TEF21016602 at https://it-solutions.gsa.gov/. Vendors if you need to please register to compete at the listed Internet address. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This requirement is a sole-source procurement. The deliverable due date is 30 days ARO. Delivery will be made to Ms. Brown, HQ, 3rd US Army , Fort McPherson, GA 30330-1062. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, award will be made to the offeror who best meets the technical requirements at the lowest price; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (a); (b) 0(1), (3), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (16). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals, representations and certifications may be submitted via email to the rosa.Debro@gsa.gov or faxed to (404)331-6130. NOTES: 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
