Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 a sole source agreement with Orion Electronics Limited to procure the following: Orion Sky Track U.S.A. Pro Software, which goes with the Orion GPS Trackers which was previously purchased by ATF. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests or inquiries will be accepted. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13. All interested parties must submit a quote by September 24, 2001, 3PM (Washington, DC local time).
