This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation M00681-01-T-2391 applies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC 91-13. The item is as follows: EZ Foot Rubber Chips, Rubber chips at 4 inches deep certified by IPEMA as surfacing material non-tire, metal free, non-latex containing. Quantity request is 187,875 pounds. All responsible sources may submit a quote. All Contractors submitting a quote are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award.
