D -- Renewal of LTOP Agreements for Lanier Central Dictation Systems -- The Department of Justice, intends to renew its LTOP purchase order for Lanier Central Dictation System, on a sole source basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13, from Electronics Office Systems, Inc. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government*****
