Description

This Amendment No. 2, reflects modifications to the CBD Notice issued on August 24, 2001 and to issue responses to questions as a result of the CBD Notice . The changes are as follows: 1. The requirements for 25% Sub-contracting for Large Business has been reduced to 15%. 2. In an effort to encourage Small Business participation, additional preference point will be given to Joint Ventures between Small Businesses and Large Business that Joint Ventures with a Small Business. 3.
