Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Foster Computer Consulting for on-going technical support services to recommend/perform an approach to the design, development, testing and implementation of various financial applications on PC, LAN, and Mainframe platforms interfacing to FMIS in the Teradata environment, with the major part of the work to be performed consisting of maintenance, user support, redesign and enhancement of the Distributed Budget Modules serving BOP, INS, and USA. The Department intends on procuring the above mentioned services on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.*****
