Description

Notice of Intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Motorola, Inc., Hanover, MD to provide and maintain additions to an existing trunked radio system for Fort Dix, NJ. The existing infrastructure is located at McGuire AFB, NJ. The authority for Other than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is not a request for bids or proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
